Once you have placed the items in your shopping cart, you canreview your selecon, modify it, and proceed to checkout. To complete your purchase, simply enter your shipping and billing address and select a payment method.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, UnionPay, Bancontact, eps transfer, Ideal, Klarna Invoice.
Copardo.com uses the most advanced privacy and security systems to protect your payment data, ensuring comprehensive security for all transactons. You will be charged in the same currency as displayed in the shopping cart when the order is confirmed by clicking 'Buy'. The total price of the order includes all shipping costs.
Please note that orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 3 business days aŌer the order confirmation has been sent by email by Copardo. After the goods have been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number from our courier. Please remember that the delivery service operates from Monday to Friday during regular business hours and that a signature is required upon delivery.
According to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, an order cannot be altered or cancelled once it has been placed. In any case, if you need to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at mail@coprdo.com to learn more details. If the order has already been shipped, please note that you can still request a return by following the instructions in the 'Returns' section. For security reasons, neither the items in your order nor your shipping or billing address can be changed. If you notice any errors in the information provided, please contact our customer service at mail@copardo.com.
Shipping
We offer shipping within Germany for €5.90, to the European Union for €14.90, and to the rest of the world for 39€. Please note that goods cannot be shipped to PO boxes or poste restante addresses.
Each shipment is assigned a tracking number by our courier. You will receive an email with such a tracking number and a link to track your packages. Delivery Times: Within Germany 1 to 3 days, within the European Union up to 7 days. Rest of the world 2 to 5 weeks.
Within the European Union, delivery is duty-free. Outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes of the respective country may apply
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items purchased from our website, you may return them within 14 days of delivery or collection. If you wish to exchange your online order, simply contact our customer service: we will organize the return of your order. The items must be returned in their original condition. Please ensure that they are returned untouched, complete, unused, unworn, and undamaged in their original packaging along with all the labels that were provided originally. If you find a problem with the received products but do not wish to return them, please contact us at mail@copardo.com. We are happy to help you find the best possible solution. The return shipping costs will be covered by the buyer.
After receiving your return, we will inspect the condition of the items before accepting the return and authorizing the refund. This process typically takes up to 7 days. The refund will be made directly to the same credit card or payment method used for the original payment, and in the same currency. You will receive a confirmation email from us once we have authorized the refund. The refund should be credited to your account within a maximum of 30 days from the refund date and depends on the refund policy of the payment method used

Our leathers are sourced from Italian tanneries, while the wood used in our heels comes from responsibly managed certified sources.
Most styles fit true to size.
Where needed, individual sizing recommendations can be found on each product page.
We recommend gently cleaning leather styles with a soft damp cotton cloth to remove dust and dirt.
For smooth leather, a nourishing shoe cream can be applied occasionally — black cream for black leather styles and a neutral cream for lighter tones.
Suede styles can be maintained using a suede brush or sponge and protected from time to time with a suitable suede spray or color-refreshing spray.
Soft nappa leather styles should only be treated with a damp cloth and light neutral care products, even for black leather.
Wooden heels can be cleaned with a damp cloth and, if desired, maintained with a small amount of wood oil.
When using wood oil, we recommend protecting the leather carefully to avoid stains or excess oil transfer.
